Refund & Return Policy – Finese

At Finese, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required.
  • Used or damaged products by the customer are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
